I've been scratching my head about what might've caused tiny scratches all over the crystal on my Pelagos. Wondering if anyone experienced this before? I bought this watch new from an AD and have taken real good care of it.

I will say that while I believe 42mm to be the perfect size for this watch, it is a little bit thicker than Submariners I am used to wearing. No dings or chips but had many one line scratches all over the bracelet & clasp. Some deeper than others. By the time, I realized the watch was one, I took it off but the 'damage' was done. It's scratched, missing a bezel lume plot, it's dented, and that's the way I like it. Unfortunately this 25500T Pelagos (as well as the newer in-house models) appear to have bezel issues as some have posted about here before. Either the lume plots fall out, or the bezel just seizes up from dirt.

One of our best ways of removing scuffs without damage is pegwood. Or most any kind of wood. I use the kind you can find in the cosmetics section used as a cuticle pusher. They have a pointed end and a sharply cut angled end. I have a fake leather mat underneath my keyboard and it does a great job at limiting the desk top scratches. They are super cheap too.
