According to Apple’s site, the smallest wrist size any of their bands fits is 130 mm. You may need to look into 3rd party options. My GF has 5 1/2 inch wrist (wears a size 1 of the solo loop). She tried the Ultra on in the Apple Store (just for fun) and it looked like a small child wearing Dad’s watch. It looked ridiculous. That’s one end of the extreme. I’ve got an 8 1/2 inch wrist and am off the chart on the large size of the solo loops (ie beyond size 12).

One of the employees was wearing a polished SS 42MM Apple Watch and I thought it looked almost comically large (I have a 38MM polished SS.) It's an individual decision, but I think Apple should make a smaller size Ultra in the future so people with small wrists have a better fitting option. I think I might find the Ultra a bit too big for much smaller than my ~175mm wrists. Of course there will be a few trade-offs such as with battery life. DaPhox.
