I've stumbled across Creation Watches a few times on the forum, where members have recommended them; mainly due to the very keen pricing. Of course, they have a section about how all of their watches are 100% genuine, but at these low prices I am very suspicious. As I'll probably be spending £500+, I don't want to risk a fake.Be aware! Item left abandoned outside of property and subsequently stolen. No proof of delivery apart from DHL marked item as delivered. Creation Watches denies any responsibility so is DHL. I've been left with no item and no refund by Creation Watches.

I compared their prices with some Hamilton and Tissot watches I got from Jomashop (which were all legit models) and Creation was either priced similarly or a tad higher, so they seem legit on the surface, but I would comparison . [question] Is creationwatches.com legit. So I was going to buy a watch for around 170$, but then came across the above named site and they were offering the watch for 120$. So I went on there to take a look, but it all looks a bit to great. I’d like to know if they are legit and how they can sell watches for this cheap. Just bought a turtle from creation. Communication was great, shipping was fast. Ordered sunday, arrived in chicago wedsnesday. I realize they aren't and ad and I'm okay with that. watch looks great as well. Great alignment and good qc .

Creation watches have been EXTREMELY unhelpful. I have sent over 10 emails in the past month and they are still refusing to give me a refund. I have been told to complete a "damage report form" which doesn't exist. The Royal Mail said that only senders can complete a claim and international parcels are not eligible anyway. I have had a horrible experience with purchasing a Seiko SKX009J from Creation watches, and wanted to warn Seiko enthusiasts out there of my experience. Prices are tempting (i paid 206 pounds sterling for an SKX009J on oyster bracelet)- but they sent a second-hand watch with multiple deep scratches to the case - and said i should keep the watch .
