(Use edp as a daily scent). Elixir: It’s much louder and to me it stands more on it’s own rather than being a flanker to the rest of the line. EDT has the farthest projection and sillage, yet the least longevity. EDP comes second, in terms of sillage and projection. Parfum has the best longevity than all 3, yet the least projection and sillage; nonetheless, the most mature.

To my nose, the EDT and EDP are similar to each other whereas the Parfum goes in a slightly different direction with the focus more on the sandalwood. I prefer the Parfum in cooler weather and the EDT in warmer weather.
My Verdict on Bleu de Chanel EDP. Bleu de Chanel EDP is an excellent fragrance for guys with a slightly more mature taste and who want something a little more intense or luxurious. Compared to other similar scents on the market, . EdP opens with the same citrusy notes as the EdT, the opening is a bit more laid back though, which I prefer, compared to the more in your face effect of the EdT. The EdP has the incense note like the EdT, but spices it up with a very nice amber. I’d say the EDT is a bit lighter and more citrus leaning whereas the EDP is more incense leaning and heavier or thicker. I bought the EDP first because I heard most people prefer that but after smelling the EDT I actually prefer the EDT now.
